ABOUT US Company 1991: Wren Electronics was formed as a manufacturer and distributor of Fibre Optic Cable Assemblies, Couplers, and Attenuators. 1993: A joint venture was formed with Diamond SA Switzerland, Diamond-Wren UK, and along side our own generic products we set up a manufacturing centre for Diamond in the UK. 1997: Seeing the need for Fibre Management Products Wren established a separate company, with the sole purpose of designing and manufacturing Fibre Management Systems to complement Wren's fast growing range of Fibre Assemblies and accessories. 2001: Wren consolidated it's design and manufacturing into one Company. 2006: Wren entered into a supply agreement with Channell Ltd providing Fibre Optic Splice Enclosures, Wrap Around Joints, Heat shrink Wraparound Closures and an array of Heat shrink products and accessories 2007: Wren entered into the Broadcast industry terminating and repairing Lemo 3K.93C HDTV Connectors, Fischer 1053 HDTV Connectors, Delphi Tac-4 Connectors (as used by Telecast Fiber Systems) and Stratos HX1080 expanding beam connectors, onto a variety of industry approved cables. Since its incorporation Wren has developed a broad range of high quality products, with an excellent reputation for service and affordability. |
